Tuition Payment Schedule 2010-2011

A non-refundable $25 registration fee must accompany registration form ($50 per family)
Registration will not be processed without registration fee.

Yearly Tuition is payable in (2) Two Payments/Semesters or see below for additional payment options.

Tuition payment for the full year is accepted - simply add the 2 payment amounts together.

1st Semester, September 1, 2010           2nd Semester, January 1, 2011

Tuition rates are fixed amounts, no partial payments please.
10X (monthly) & 5X (every other month), payment plans are auto credit card, MasterCard or Visa only.
Tuition & Payment plans must be arranged prior to students first class. Auto Payment Form will be sent with Confirmation after selecting payment method.

1/2 hour La Petite Dance Class
2 PAYMENTS OF: $250 > (SIBLING: 2 PAYMENTS OF: $195)

45 Minute Creative Dance Class
2 PAYMENTS OF: $275 > (SIBLING: 2 PAYMENTS OF: $225)

1 hour class per week > Ages 6 through adult
2 PAYMENTS OF: $300 > (SIBLING: 2 PAYMENTS OF: $250)

2 classes per week
2 PAYMENTS OF: $525 > (SIBLING: 2 PAYMENTS OF: $425)

3 classes per week
2 PAYMENTS OF: $725 > (SIBLING: 2 PAYMENTS OF: $575)

4 classes per week
2 PAYMENTS OF: $900 > (SIBLING: 2 PAYMENTS OF: $725)

 UNLIMITED CLASSES!
** TAKE 5 OR MORE CLASSES A WEEK
2 PAYMENTS OF: $1050 > (SIBLING: 2 PAYMENTS OF: $850)

Drop-In Single Class Fee, all classes $17

** Extra costume fees apply if taking more than 5 performing classes. $7 per costume per month.

For students enrolled in a non-performing class, a costime fee will be credited to January tuition if applicable.

Monadnock Performing Arts Academy Payment Policies & Procedures

All Students will receive a Confirmation of Registration, assuring day, time & genre.

5X & 10X Installment Tuition must be paid per auto card installment agreement only, no exceptions please.

All 2X semester checks should be made payable to "MPAA, LLC".

Please put student's Full Name

in memo portion of check to assure credit to proper account.

Please do not hand tuition or costume payments to instructors at any time.

Note: MPAA does not bill for semester payments.

Undersigned is responsible for timely payments, MPAA does not send out late notices or reminders. Mark your calendars!

Failure to provide tuition by the 15th of agreed upon months will result in a $25 late fee.

All NFS checks will be charged a $35 NFS fee. In the event of NFS occurance,

account will become CASH ONLY for remainder of year.

 

There are NO REFUNDS on tuition for missed classes of any nature (see "Make-up" policy in brochure.)

 

*Costume, Rehearsal & Performance Fees are included with tuition for performing classes.

Year End Performance information will be included in Performance Packet in March.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY: Thirty (30) Day Advance Formal Written Notice required for discontinuing class(es).

There is a 2 month minimum for all lessons. Withdrawal must occur within the first seven (7) days of month prior to Withdrawal month.

Withdrawal must be done at the Academy office and not the teacher: a call or note from home does not constitute a Formal Withdrawal.

No withdrawals accepted after December 1.

 

After December 1 it is assumed that student is committed to Year End Performance & Costume (es) will be ordered.

In the event of Withdrawal after December 1, a balance will be owed for costumes ordered for student.

To withdraw from lessons a parent or gaurdian must:

1. Inform Academy Administration in person.

2. Complete and sign Written Withdrawal Form provided by Academy

Tuition Liability/auto payments will continue until Formal Withdrawal is submitted.

Any auto credit card payments will be cancelled on 5X & 10X Installment Plans, in the event of Written Withdrawal.

Monadnock Performing Arts Academy reserves the right to terminate lessons to any student without notice.

In such a case a refund for unused lessons will be given.

In the event of an injury, if student is eventually planning on returning to class, account can be frozen until the student returns, at a doctors request.
